“Mathias Andersson was our live- in chef for a 10 day period while we stayed on the Gold Coast.
During this time he provided breakfast and the occasional lunch for our family and friends. Of an evening Mathias cooked dinner for up to 16 guests and each time his food was innovative, fresh and unreservedly delicious.
We were impressed by his flexibility in catering for each guest’s individual requirements while remaining cohesive on the brief for each meal.
Mathias’ attention to detail in the serving and presentation of his food was of an extremely high standard while still maintaining a relaxed atmosphere; this is often a difficult balance to achieve.
Mathias was a pleasure to have around; he was extremely helpful outside of his chef duties and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a private chef, not only because of his culinary talents but also because of the manner in which he presents his food.”
